After the allman brothers split up in 1982, recruiting the soulful vocalist and sax player from Wet Willie, Dickey Betts formed a new band, Jimmy Hall as co-leader. The recording also includes a unique take on Betts' classic instrumental, Jessica. This is a 'must see' performance. Bhlt supplied a unique, driving blues-rock sound that was quite impressive.
